At 1resilientnative, every order is handled with care and intention. I value the time, energy, and love that goes into creating and sending out each item, and I want to ensure that your order reaches you safely. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Processing Time
All orders are prepared with prayer and care. Please allow 3–7 for processing before your order is shipped. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time, and I will communicate with you if there are any delays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery
Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as Canada Post, USPS, UPS, etc. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s delivery schedule. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, I am no longer in control of delays or disruptions that may occur during transit.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the shipping method selected, and the weight/size of the package. From time to time, I may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly noted on the website.

International Shipping
International orders are welcome. Please be aware that customs, duties, and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. I am unable to predict or cover these additional costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages
I am not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information. However, I will always do my best to support you in resolving the issue.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. I cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to update the information before the order is shipped.
