By booking or receiving services from me, you are agreeing to the following Terms of Service. These terms are here to create mutual respect, clear boundaries, and a safe space for our work together.

Services

The services I offer are spiritual and wellness-based, including [list the services you provide: readings, Reiki, mediumship, etc.]. All sessions are offered in good faith, with the intention of supporting your personal healing and spiritual journey. My role is to provide guidance, insight, and energy work, but I do not claim to predict or control outcomes in your life.

Confidentiality

Everything shared in a session is held in confidence, as described in my Privacy Policy. I will never share your personal or spiritual information without your consent, except in rare situations where the law requires it for safety reasons.

Disclaimer

Please understand that the services I provide are not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. If you are experiencing health concerns or legal/financial issues, I encourage you to seek help from a licensed professional in those fields. My work is meant to complement your path, not replace other forms of professional care.

Energy Exchange and Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed upon. By purchasing a service, you are agreeing to an exchange of energy your contribution allows me to continue this work and to hold space for you and others. Prices are subject to change, but the amount confirmed at the time of booking will always be honored.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

I understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to reschedule. If you need to make a change, please provide at least 24 or 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with proper notice may be rescheduled at my discretion. Missed appointments or late cancellations may not be refunded.

Boundaries

All sessions are offered in a respectful and safe environment. I ask that you come to our time together with an open heart and a willingness to receive my services. Any form of harassment, disrespect, or misuse of my services will not be tolerated, and I reserve the right to refuse service when necessary.

Limitation of Liability

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions and actions following the service. I cannot be held liable for any outcomes, choices, or experiences that occur after our work together.

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time as my work evolves. Any updates will be posted here with a new effective date.
